eligibility
you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. final sale and pre-order items are not eligible for return.

how to start a return
email info@rebellecodeco.com with your order number and reason for return. we'll send you instructions within 1-2 business days.

return shipping
customers are responsible for return shipping costs. we recommend tracked shipping — we're not responsible for lost return packages.

refunds
once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. shipping costs are non-refundable.

exchanges
need a different size or color? email us. we'll send a replacement once we receive your return.

damaged or wrong items
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
