SHIPPING

All orders ship within 2–4 weeks from order date. Every piece is pressed by hand in Miami in small drops — you're waiting for something that wasn't made until you ordered it.

You'll receive a tracking email the moment your piece is on its way.

  • Domestic (US): Standard shipping via USPS. Flat rate calculated at checkout.
  • International: Coming soon. Join our list to be notified.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items ship within 2–4 weeks of the listed launch date. Pre-ordering secures your piece in the drop and locks in launch pricing.

RETURNS POLICY

Every piece in the house collection is pressed to order. Because of that, we accept returns only on defective or damaged items.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error:

  1. Email info@rebellecodeco.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include order number + photo of the issue
  3. We'll send a replacement or refund within 3 business days

SIZE ISSUES

Because each piece is pressed to order, we cannot exchange for sizing. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

CANCELLATIONS

Reach out within 24 hours of ordering at info@rebellecodeco.com. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package shows as delivered, Rebelle Code Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We recommend using a secure delivery address.
